Lemon Chill issued these great cards during various Fan Appreciation Day giveaways. Lemon Chill is a cold confectionery treat similar to sorbét. They are authorized stadium vendors whose cards are approved by the White Sox and MLB - although they don't appear to have to pay for the licensing fees (likely due to their stadium franchise fee agreements).
