Game-Used Autographed Batting Glove - 'Shield' Logo
I know that technically this should go into the Balls, Bats & Equipment Gallery, but I honestly felt this should go into the Unusuals Gallery for this reason:

It features the rare "shield" Big Hurt Logo that I point out throughout the site. Most notably in regards to the 1993 Leaf Charity Card and the Rain-Blo Bubble Gum Campaign material.

There really are only a few instances where this obscure logo was used during Big Frank's career, and each example definitely falls into the 'unusual' category.

Collector's Note: I was disappointed when the seller said that he sold off the other glove to a game-used collector/specialist whose name he couldn't recall. Why do collectors even collect a literal half of a pair? Same goes for cleats. What in the world would possess a collector to buy only ONE?! You basically screw yourself over - and worse - you screw over the next guy.

Drop the hammer and take both, tell the seller to drop his/her price, or tell the seller to drop dead.

Personal Note: I was originally going to cite the example of halving a screen-worn bra, but thought better of it when I considered what some slobbering fans will do to get their hands (hand?) on a half of a cup worn by a famous actress/singer/etc. Especially if that half of a cup was... well you know..."game used". <lol>
