One of 20 discs issued - Frank is #18 in the set.
Not sure if you can see it - but the disc is actually sealed inside the bag itself - behind the face of the lower most clown. An extremely unusual production. Most cards/discs included in these type of promotions are sealed inside plastic sleeves or poly baggies and then placed within the product - sort of like cereal box prizes.
Collector's Note: Produced by Michael Schechter (note the "MSA" found on the lower left back of the disc). Like Barry Colla and Chris Martin - Michael Schechter was an independent producer of sports products during the 1990's.
