Big Hurt "BatterUP"
Mini-Bat by Louisville Bats Just acquired this fantastic Big Hurt Mini-Bat Package. Over the years I heard about what this looked like from other collectors, even obtaining two examples of the bats themselves. But this was the first time I actually encountered the original retail package. Collector's Note: The two empty spaces in the front of the box held four (4) packs of baseball cards. I believe they were either 1995 Donruss, Studio, or Leaf. If I had to bet - I'd say they were Donruss packs since they were the least expensive of the three. |

UPDATE
(10/26/06): Just purchased the "other" version of this amazing
Big Hurt item - a white oak variant of the bat! But, and this is the most
amazing part, it was still fully intact - with all the baseball
packs still inside the sealed set. And it looks like I was mistaken about
the packs - as you can see here.
