1997 Donruss Limited Fabric Of The Game Super Star Material
One of my favorite card images of Big Frank. I dunno why but deep red foil does something for me that other foils like silver, gold, platinum, etc, does not.

Actually, after giving it some thought, I know why. Red foils, like rich green foils, reminds me of Christmas presents. <vbg>

1998 Donruss Elite Fractal Materials
'Z' Die-Cut #'d to 20
For some reason 'wood' cards are very tempermental to produce and more than one manufacturer has had to rely on redemptions while they re-manufactured the actual product.

I'm actually surprised that a die-cut wood card would last so long. But here it is - 10 years down the road - and it's still in pack-fresh condition. <g>

1997 Topps Team Timber #TT5
Not rare or flashy, but for some reason I really like this simple wood card. :-D

However, this can be a troublesome collectible, so make sure to keep it in a toploader and not in one of those semi-rigids or a binder. Why? This particular issue has a nasty habit of warping due to wood shrinkage and humidity fluctuations, potentially causing it to splinter in half. More so if you live in a non-air conditioned environment. I've seen it happen.

1996 Ultra Home Run King Gold Medallion
A favorite among OCD Syndrome sufferers like myself. Lots and lots of variations of this card with equal amounts of difficult ancillary material.

This particular version is the Unredeemed Gold Medallion Exchange Card. And according to Fleer - GMs represented 10% of the total production. The question was: What was the total production for '96 Ultra? ;-D

I would've added it here instead of the Topps Timber, but it's the banner item for a separate page.
