a 1990's thing. And while it's a "cheapie" effect, I wish the
manufacturers would do this again. It was fun trying to finish the completed
image. A page in the upcoming Cards Gallery V will feature 1998's Stadium
Club Triumvirates and other 'connect' cards. BTW, this particular issue (1998 Score Complete Players Gold) was once a highly touted 'mystery' issue, and for a short period in the '90s, highly sought after by collectors. 'Course once the mystery was solved - a lot of collectors realized they got hosed by dealers who undoubtedly knew the real source, but played dumb while turning a tidy profit for themselves. |
