Official Line-Up Cards from Frank's very first MLB game - August 2, 1990.
Frank's autograph (lower right hand corner) added later is, in my opinion, genuine.
It conforms to the stroke, penmanship, and style of Frank's current signature.

The cards (obviously) were filled-in by the managers of both teams.
For the Brewers - Tom Trebelhorn, and for the CWS - Jeff Torborg.

Note: Frank earned his very first RBI during this game helping beat the Brew Crew 4-3. :-)
