Game Used Big Hurt Gloves*

Collector's Note: I bought these as "game-used", but when I opened the package to scan the gloves, I noticed something very odd. The gloves fit me perfectly. Which would fine --- if I were 6'5" and weighed 275lbs - please note that I don't even come close. So, no, these aren't game used. In fact, I seriously doubt Frank could get them over his fingers. Something to think about when you're in the market for these items. <g>

You're probably wondering why I chose to put "a fake" on this page. Firstly, to show you that I'm fallible. So please don't expect me to verify every Frank collectible you have in your collection. Secondly, these are indeed very close to the real thing and I needed to fill this spot with these gloves. So until I purchase a genuine pair - these stay. <wink> ;-)

*UPDATE 10.14.07: I recently purchased a certified pair of game-used gloves worn by The Big Hurt. (Elite Sports Marketing) But was shocked to discover that when I put them on... Oh c'mon! Be honest - you'd do it too! <laughing> {:-D Anyway, they fit me quite nicely. It brought back memories of when I first put this page together about 3 years ago. You might recall (and note that I did not delete the original text) that the reason I was so upset was that when I put on the above pictured gloves - they fit me perfectly. That is to say - perfectly if I were using them for say...cold weather or gardening. But having these ESM gloves in hand (no pun intended) - they're virtually identical as to how they fit. So: I'm not saying the above gloves are now genuine. But what I am saying is that the pair I just bought are the same size, same cut, and same fit. You're free to draw your own conclusions. Maybe I have bigger hands than I thought?
