I'm not sure how much I should read into this - but if you notice (when the Club's finances weren't in too good a shape) the '97 Member Card looks like crap. I mean Frank is 'Da Man' as far as I'm concerned - but this card - yikes. It looks like it was designed by a five-year old on a toy computer. Notice too that on the 96 issue the membership number is hot foil stamped & deeply embossed into the card. The '97 card is just colored ink - another big indicator regarding the club's stability toward the end.
