1998 Select Jersey Number Promos
Never Issued Inserts
and the mysterious Individually #'d Bonus Card

1998 Select #110
2-Star Jersey Number Promo

This is the only Jersey Number parallel that matches a 'regular' card from the series that I've found (so far). Note: To date I've haven't been able to locate the "single star" or "one star" base level card or any promo parallel of Frank which suggests a 1-Star card.
1998 Select #185
3-Star Jersey Number Promo

Proposed third tier parallel. Notice the third star is blackened out?
Also note that this card utilizes 'Triangles'? Each level uses a simple graphic to designate each tier in the Quasar System. Two Stars is the Circle, Three the Triangle, Four the Diamond, and Five the Star.
1998 Select #235
4-Star Jersey Number Promo

As suggested by the name each of these Jersey Number inserts would have been limited to the player's number. In Frank's case - 35 issues. Note that the 4-Star level graphics is the "Diamond".

UPDATE 8.22.07: Several complete 'Bonus' sets have recently been auctioned off. More about it here.
Okay, here's the scary card.

1998 Select
Bonus Card #2
5-Star (#40/50)

My question:
This is the only "true" card I have ever found from this bankruptcy issue. (it's been foil stamped with an actual number - not a promo) Did any other player cards make it out that are individually numbered? Also note that all five Quasar System stars are all blacked out with letters that spell out "B-O-N-U-S".

Toughest of the tough? Difficult to say. I've only seen one auction for these guys - and I bought the entire lot - every Frank card they had. (except for the Bonus Card #2, which was purchased in a separate auction)
